Principle of supercharged piston common rail system (APRS system) :

The fuel is pressurized into the fuel rail, and then through the high pressure tube into the fuel injectors of each cylinder. Fuel in the injector is divided into two paths: one is into the pressurized piston upper oil chamber, through the throttle hole into the pressurized piston, and then through the injection pressure control valve PCV flow back to the tank; The throttle hole enters the control oil chamber above the control piston. Due to the pressurization of the supercharger piston, the pressure of the part of the fuel isolated by the check valve increases, so that the fuel injection pressure reaches more than 2000bar. Because the high pressure part is located in the injector, the reliability of the system is improved. The injection pressure is controlled by the injection pressure control valve PCV. By changing the control signal, the pressure difference between the upper and lower oil chamber of the pressurized piston can be controlled, thus increasing the control effect. The fuel pressure in the piston small head oil chamber changes the injection oil pressure in the needle valve pressure chamber. The working principle of the fuel injection pressure control valve SCV is the same as that of the high-speed solenoid valve of the common rail system. That is, when the SCV valve is powered off, the fuel injector does not inject oil, because the pressure of the upper part of the control piston generated by the fuel pressure is greater than that of the pressure surface of the needle valve. When the SCV is energized, the oil inlet hole of the oil chamber above the control piston is smaller than the oil outlet hole. Therefore, the oil pressure of the oil chamber above the control piston is reduced, the pressure of the upper piston is rapidly decreased, and the pressure chamber of the needle valve is quickly opened for oil filling. By opening the SCV multiple times, multiple fuel injection can be achieved. If combined with PCV, different shapes of main injection volume curves can be achieved.
